No physical goods will be shipped for these items. Digital content is delivered instantly via email link or direct download through Payhip upon successful payment or registration. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address to receive your downloads.
• Physical Products (UK Only): We offer select physical items (such as physical books) exclusively for delivery within the United Kingdom.
• Shipping & Fulfillment: Physical product orders are fulfilled and dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout. We do not ship physical items outside of the UK at this time. If an order for a physical item is placed with a non-UK shipping address, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE LICENSE

• Ownership: All original content, including the Ants&Bees e-magazine, fiction/non-fiction eBooks, original templates, and written guide materials, remains the sole intellectual property of Syrinx and Spear.
• Personal Use Only License: When you purchase or download content from us, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, edit, modify, reproduce, resell, redistribute, sub-license, upload to public file-sharing networks, or commercially exploit any part of our digital products without express written permission from Syrinx and Spear.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access or downloading has begun.
• Technical Issues: If you experience corrupted files or technical issues accessing your download, please contact us. We will assist you in restoring access or providing a replacement file.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Digital Goods: All digital sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience technical download issues, contact us for replacement files.
• Physical Goods (UK): If a physical book is lost in transit and never delivered to your UK address, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order details for a full refund or free replacement. Physical orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
